I had the blackberry pie which took me back to my childhood, picking blackberries directly of the bush. The steak isn't what they're known for, but definitely by far the best non-steakhouse steak I've had outside of home. Ordered the fried mushrooms for an appetizer and again satisfied, not overly seasoned, but not bland. Staff is older, but very sweet and the cook came out personally and made sure my steak was cooked to my liking. highly recommend Jerry's to anyone who wants to get off the main road in SE Iowa.May 29, 2016
